Xin Ren Xiang (杏仁香) is a Dan Cong Oolong from Feng Huang (Phoenix). Xing Ren Xiang means “almond flavor”.Because during the roasting process the tea smells much like roasted almonds! This particular Oolong has a sweet almond taste.
